i dunno i literally was like bored and decided to draw this.. i was like, " OMG im gonna draw POPEYE!!1" and then i started doing it.. i started out with some tests that look like a$$ that no one will EVER see, but i like the way the final one came out ^ ^ im starting to color it in photoshop so know that new stuff is comeing
